Foreign languages There are literally thousands of languages spoken in the world. And because these English speakers are focused in business and tourism industries, you can usually get by. But in an increasingly globalized world, just getting by is no longer enough. How do you learn a foreign language? The best way to learn a foreign language is to start young – the younger the better. Indeed, the ultimate goal of learning a foreign language is to be able to speak, not as if you were speaking a second language, but as a native speaker, and this can only really happen if you learn the language from a very young age. No matter how you are attempting to learn a foreign language, the key is practice, practice and practice.
